The Free plan gives you the core booking tools at no cost, with no SMS reminders:

This is everything you need to take appointments on your store. When you want to start reminding customers by text, you upgrade.

SMS reminders, confirmations, and two-way smart replies are the paid upgrade — the "Virtual Receptionist" features that help cut no-shows. A paid plan keeps everything in the Free plan and adds a monthly pool of SMS reminders, plus more synced calendars and users.
​

Paid plans include a free trial of up to 25 SMS reminders. Each booking usually sends about two messages (a confirmation and a reminder), so the trial covers roughly 12 bookings. When the trial runs out, your reminders pause but your bookings keep working — upgrade in one tap to switch reminders back on. Reminders never stop silently.
​

Calendars: your primary Google Calendar is free. Syncing additional calendars needs a paid plan.

The Shopify App Store shows the first four plans. Two larger plans — Enterprise and Premium — are also available once you're in the app.

Every plan includes unlimited bookings, custom appointment types, and your booking page. Paid plans add SMS reminders, more synced calendars, and more users. Each text sent to a customer counts as one reminder — use the built-in reminder calculator to estimate your monthly usage. If you reach your monthly SMS limit, reminders stop until your next billing period — there's no overage charge — and you can upgrade any time for a higher allowance.

Annual billing saves 10% — for example, Basic is $205.20/year, Starter $313.20/year, and Business $486/year. Prices are in USD, with local pricing in EUR, CAD, AUD, BRL, and GBP.

Billing runs through Shopify. When you subscribe, you pick a plan in SMS Reminder, then approve the recurring charge in Shopify. Charges are in USD, billed every 30 days, and appear on your regular Shopify bill. You manage the plan itself from inside the app (below).

You may see charges described as "recurring and usage-based." Recurring is your monthly or annual subscription. Usage-based refers to your plan's monthly SMS allowance — it does not mean surprise per-message charges; when you hit your limit, reminders pause until the next period.

Upgrading or downgrading: pick the new plan, continue to Shopify, and approve the updated charge. The change applies at your next billing cycle.

You can cancel anytime from the app — no fees or lock-in. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of your current billing period; cancellation stops the next charge rather than refunding unused time. Uninstalling the app cancels your subscription automatically. You can also disconnect from SMS Reminder in the app's connection section (view details → disconnect).

Refunds: if you cancel within 30 days of your purchase, you're eligible for a full refund. Outside that window, plans are not refunded for remaining time. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected].
