  1. Install the SMS Reminder Chrome extension in your browser.
  2. Log in to your SMS Reminder account.
  3. Schedule an appointment using your preferred calendar or booking workflow.
  4. Add the customer’s phone number and select when reminders should be sent.
  5. SMS Reminder automatically sends confirmation and reminder messages before the appointment.

You can also share your booking page so customers can book appointments themselves while still receiving the same configured reminders.

The SMS Reminder Chrome extension allows you to quickly add SMS confirmations and reminders to appointments you schedule online.

Once installed, the extension connects to your SMS Reminder account and lets you send reminders directly from supported scheduling tools and booking workflows.

The SMS Reminder Google Chrome extension is useful for businesses that schedule appointments through:

When you create or manage appointments, you can quickly attach reminder messages so customers receive confirmation and reminder texts before their appointment.

Install the SMS Reminder Chrome Extension

You can install the SMS Reminder Chrome extension to quickly add SMS reminders while scheduling appointments online.

Once installed, the extension connects to your SMS Reminder account and allows you to send confirmation and reminder messages for appointments.

Step 1 — Install the Chrome extension

  1. Visit the SMS Reminder Chrome extension in the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Click Add to Chrome.
  3. Confirm the installation when prompted.

Step 2 — Log in to your SMS Reminder account

  1. Open the SMS Reminder extension from your browser toolbar.
  2. Sign in to your SMS Reminder account.
  3. Connect the extension to your reminder settings.

Step 3 — Schedule an appointment

Create or open an appointment using your preferred scheduling method.

This may include:

• Google Calendar
• booking forms
• CRM tools
• manual appointment workflows

Step 4 — Add reminder details

  1. Enter the customer’s phone number.
  2. Choose when reminder messages should be sent.
  3. Save your reminder settings.

SMS Reminder will automatically send confirmation and reminder text messages before the appointment time.

Step 5 — Allow customers to book appointments from your booking page

In addition to sending reminders for appointments you create manually, SMS Reminder also allows customers to book appointments directly through your booking page.

Your booking page connects to your calendar and shows your available time slots.

You can share the booking page with customers by:

• sending the booking link directly
• adding it to your website
• including it in your email signature

When a customer books an appointment through your booking page:

  1. The appointment is automatically added to your calendar.
  2. SMS Reminder sends the same confirmation and reminder messages you have configured.
  3. The appointment appears alongside your other scheduled events.

This allows customers to schedule appointments themselves while ensuring they still receive automated reminders.
