You can add a Book Now button to your Shopify store that directs customers to your SMS Reminder booking page. Once a customer books, SMS Reminder can be configured to automatically send confirmation and reminder messages leading up to the appointment.

Add the SMS Reminder booking button to your Shopify store

You can add the SMS Reminder Book Now button to your Shopify store using a simple embed.

Once added, customers can click the button to book an appointment, and SMS Reminder will automatically send confirmation and reminder text messages.

Step 1 — Go to your Booking Page settings

1. Log in to the SMS Reminder web application
2. Navigate to Settings > Booking Page
3. Under Share your booking page, click Add to your website

Step 2 — Customize and copy your embed code

A popup will appear where you can customize your booking button:

1. Edit the link text (e.g., “Book Now”, “Schedule Appointment”)
2. Adjust the button background color
3. Adjust the button text color
4. Click Copy Code

→ The embed code will automatically update based on your selections

Step 3 — Add your booking button to your Shopify store

To add your SMS Reminder booking page to Shopify, you’ll use a Custom Liquid block in your theme.

Add the booking button to a page or template

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Themes
   
2. (Recommended) Click Duplicate on your theme before making changes
3. Click Customize on your duplicated theme
4. Use the page selector at the top to open the page where you want the booking button (e.g., Pages → Booking)
5. Click Add section or Add block
6. Select Custom Liquid
7. Paste your Booking Page embed code from SMS Reminder
8. Click Save

Step 4 — (Optional) Add a “Book Now” button to your navigation

Make it easy for customers to access your booking page from anywhere on your site.

Add a navigation link

1. In your Shopify admin, go to Online Store → Navigation
2. Select your Main menu (or the menu you want to update)
3. Click Add menu item
4. Enter a name like “Book Now”
5. In the link field, select your booking page (or paste your booking page URL copied from the SMS Reminder Web App > Settings > Booking Page)
6. Click Add, then Save menu

Quick Tip: Style it as a button

If your theme supports it, you can:

• Highlight the link as a button
• Place it in the top-right of your header

This helps increase bookings by making the action more visible.

Step 5 — What happens next

Your Book Now button will now appear on the store page.

When customers click the button, they will be redirected to your SMS Reminder booking page where they can schedule their appointment based on available times and types you have configured.

SMS Reminder will automatically send elected confirmation and reminder text messages before the appointment time.
