Add the SMS Reminder booking button to your WordPress site

You can add the SMS Reminder Book Now button to your WordPress website using a simple embed code.

Once added, visitors can click the button to book an appointment. SMS Reminder will automatically send confirmation and reminder text messages before the appointment.

Step 1 — Go to your Booking Page settings

  1. Log in to the SMS Reminder web application
  2. Navigate to Settings > Booking Page
  3. Under Share your booking page, click Add to your website


Step 2 — Customize and copy your embed code

A popup will appear where you can customize your booking button:

  1. Edit the link text (e.g., “Book Now”, “Schedule Appointment”)
  2. Adjust the button background color
  3. Adjust the button text color
  4. Click Copy Code

Step 3 — Add booking to your WordPress store

  1. Open the page where you want booking to appear
  2. Add a Custom HTML block
  3. Paste your embed code

  • Customers are taken to your SMS Reminder booking page to choose a time
