Auto-Send SMS Reminders
SMS Reminder can automatically send reminder messages for appointments booked through your Booking Page. Each Appointment Type can have its own reminder schedule and message template. Once configured, reminders are automatically scheduled and sent for every new booking.
How Auto-Send Reminders Work
When you create an Appointment Type , you can configure SMS reminders to be automatically set for every appointment booked through that type.
This allows you to:
Send reminders automatically without manual setup
Customize reminder messages for different services
Set different reminder schedules depending on the appointment type
For example, you might send:
An immediate confirmation message so the client knows the appointment is booked.
A 24-hour reminder for consultations
A follow-up message after the appointment to remind them to book for next time.
Setting Up Auto-Send Reminders
Go to Settings.
Select Booking Page.
Click Manage Appointment Types.
Choose an existing appointment type or click + Add Type.
Select the SMS Reminder Template you want to use.
Save your changes.
Once saved, the app will automatically schedule reminders for every new booking made through that appointment type.
Using Different Reminder Templates
Each appointment type can use a different reminder template.
This is useful if you offer different services that require different messaging.
