Customizing Your Availability

Set your weekly availability schedule, block off time during your week, and mark holidays or one-off days so clients can only book when you're free.

Your availability controls when clients can book time with you. You can manage it from your appointment booking page settings.

Your Weekly Schedule

Your booking page uses one availability schedule that repeats every week, from Sunday to Saturday. Set the hours you want to accept bookings on each day, and switch off the days you don't work. This one schedule applies to your whole booking page — there's no way to run more than one schedule at a time.

Block Off Time During Your Week

Need to protect time in your week — a lunch break, a school run, a standing meeting? Add that time as an event in your Google Calendar and make sure it's marked as Busy. The app sees busy calendar events as non-bookable, so those times won't be offered to clients on your booking page.

To check an event is marked Busy in Google Calendar, open the event and look for the Busy setting (events marked Free stay open for bookings).

Holidays and One-Off Days

Taking a holiday or closing for a single day? Use the calendar picker in your availability settings to choose the dates you're not available. Clients won't be able to book anything on those days.

You can pick one date at a time, so add each day off individually — for a week away, add these days to your calendar as a busy appointment block.
