For the SMS Reminder Shopify app. Using SMS Reminder with Google Calendar instead? See the general help center.
Some booking settings live in your Shopify admin and some live in the SMS Reminder web app. If you've changed something in Shopify and your booking page looks the same, that setting almost always lives in the web app. Here's where to find each one.
Where each setting lives
In your Shopify admin:
Linking products to appointment types.
Your weekly hours, under Availability → Edit availability.
The Book Now button. It matches your store theme and isn't affected by your booking page branding.
In the SMS Reminder web app, under Settings → Booking Page:
Your booking page name, logo and accent colour, in the Branding section.
Your weekly hours and days off, under Manage Availability.
Your appointment types: duration, minimum notice, buffers, rescheduling and which calendar they book into.
Your booking page link, under Share your booking page.
Open the web app
Go to the SMS Reminder web app.
Sign in with the same Google account you used to set up the Shopify app.
Go to Settings and select the Booking Page tab.
Change the name on your booking page
Until you change it, your booking page uses the name on your Google account, for example "Book with Sam". To show your business name instead:
On the Booking Page tab, go to the Branding section.
Type your business name in Booking page name.
Check the preview, which now reads "Book with" followed by your business name.
Click Save changes.
Add your logo and brand colour
In the same Branding section, upload your logo and pick an Accent color, then click Save changes. Your branding applies to every booking page on your account, on every plan. Full guide: Add your logo and brand colour to your booking page.
Set your hours
New booking pages start open around the clock, so set your hours before you share your link. You can do it in either place:
Shopify admin: open the app, go to Availability and click Edit availability.
Web app: go to Settings → Booking Page and click Manage Availability.
Turn on the days you work and set start and end times for each one. Customers only see open times inside those hours, minus anything already in your Google Calendar. Full guide: Customizing your availability.
Can each appointment type have different hours?
Not yet. One weekly schedule applies to all your appointment types. You can still shape when each type can be booked:
Minimum notice and booking window: control how soon and how far ahead each type can be booked.
Buffers: keep time free before or after each type.
Busy events: block regular times (like a lunch break) by adding an event marked Busy in Google Calendar.
If it's not working
Customers can book at any hour, day or night: your hours haven't been set yet. New booking pages start open around the clock. Set start and end times for each day you work.
Your booking page still shows your own name: it uses your Google account name until you change Booking page name in the web app.
You changed your branding, but the Book Now button on your store looks the same: that's expected. The button follows your store theme. Branding changes your booking page only.
You can't see your appointment types in the web app: check you signed in with the same Google account you used to set up the Shopify app.
