Booking is free, forever. SMS reminders are the part you pay for, because every text has a real carrier cost. This article sets out exactly what you get without paying, what happens when your free reminders run out, and what a paid plan adds.

What you get free

On the free plan you get:

  • A booking page on your primary Google Calendar, so clients can book open times themselves

  • 1 user

  • Unlimited appointment types — one for every service, session length or location

  • Availability, minimum notice and buffers

  • 25 SMS reminders — a one-time allowance, not a monthly one

The 25 reminders are there so you can see the texting side working on real appointments before you decide whether it is worth paying for. They don't expire, so there's no rush to use them.

Do I need a card to sign up?

No. You can create your account and use the free plan without entering any card details. You only add a payment method if you choose a paid plan.

What happens when the 25 reminders run out

Almost nothing changes, and nothing is switched off.

  • Your booking page stays live and clients can keep booking

  • Bookings keep syncing to Google Calendar

  • Your dashboard, settings and appointment list all keep working

  • Only the reminders pause. No new texts go out until you choose a plan

You will see a note in the app telling you the reminders have paused, with a link to the plans. Pick a plan and reminders start sending again — there is nothing to set up a second time.

What a paid plan adds

Paid plans start at $19/month and add three things: a monthly reminder allowance that renews, more connected calendars, and more users.

  • Basic $19 — 50 reminders a month, 2 calendars, 1 user

  • Starter $29 — 100 reminders a month, 5 calendars, 1 user

  • Business $45 — 250 reminders a month, 10 calendars, 2 users

  • Enterprise $75 — 500 reminders a month, 20 calendars, 5 users

  • Premium $125 — 1,000 reminders a month, unlimited calendars, 10 users

No features are held back on the cheaper plans. They differ only in how many reminders, calendars and users you get. Annual billing gives you two months free, and prices are also available in EUR, CAD, AUD, BRL and GBP.

Current plans and prices are always on the pricing page.

How reminders are counted

One SMS segment counts as one reminder, so a long message can use more than one. That applies to the free 25 exactly as it does to a paid allowance — worth knowing, because a long template will use up the free allowance faster than you expect.

How to calculate your monthly SMS reminder usage explains how segments work and how to keep messages short.

Changing or cancelling a plan

You can cancel from your dashboard at any time — there are no fees and no lock-in. New subscriptions also come with a 30-day money-back guarantee; the details are in the terms of service.

If you cancel, you keep the booking page. It is free, and it stays that way.
