Quick answer

Google used to let businesses make a simple website from their Business Profile. It no longer does. Your profile still has a website field, so you can link any site you own. If you don’t have one, a free booking page gives people who find you on Google a way to book straight away.

What happened to Business Profile websites

Google no longer offers websites made from Business Profiles. Your profile itself stays live. If you used one of those websites, your profile’s website field needs a new link.

What your profile needs now

  • A link people can act on. A website, a booking page, or both.
  • A way to book. People who find you on Google often want to book there and then.
  • Up-to-date basics. Hours, phone number, address or service area, and photos, all kept current in your profile.
  • Reviews. Recent reviews help people choose you. How to get your Google review link
