Where to share your booking link

Your booking page only works once people can find it. Here's where to put your link, starting with the channel that gets you a booking fastest.

Your booking page only works once people can find it. Setting it up is the first half; putting the link somewhere your clients will actually see it is the second. Here are the places worth putting it, starting with the one that works fastest.

Start here: text the clients you already have

The quickest booking usually comes from someone who already knows you. You don't need a new audience — you need the people in your phone to know they can book themselves in.

  1. Click Copy booking link.

  2. Text it to your regular clients, in your own words. Something short works best:

Hi Sam — you can now book your appointments with me directly here: [your link]. Pick any time that suits you.

Most people who book a second time do it within a day of the first, so this is the fastest way to find out whether your page is working. For messages you can copy, see Text your booking link to your clients.

Put it in your email signature

This is the cheapest permanent placement you have. Every email you send becomes an invitation to book, and you only set it up once.

Add a line to your signature with the link behind it: Book a time with me.

Full steps for Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail: Add your booking link to your email signature.

Add it to your Google Business Profile

If clients find you by searching your business name or "near me", this puts a booking link directly in that result — no website needed.

  1. Sign in to your Google Business Profile.

  2. Open Edit profile, then Contact.

  3. Add your booking link under the appointment or booking link field.

Add it to your social profiles

Instagram, Facebook and TikTok all let you put a link in your bio, and Instagram and Facebook both offer a booking or action button.

  • Instagram: Edit profile → Links → Add external link, or set up an action button.

  • Facebook: add a Book Now button to your Page.

  • TikTok / LinkedIn: add it to the website field in your bio.

If you already use a link-in-bio tool, add your booking link there as its own entry.

Add it to your website

If you have a site, the link belongs somewhere obvious — a Book Now button in your header, on your contact page, and at the end of your services page.

In your booking page settings, click Add to your website for the code to paste in.

Print a QR code for anywhere offline

A QR code turns your booking link into something you can put on a window, a counter, a business card, a van or a receipt. Clients scan it with their phone camera and land straight on your booking page.

While we don't generate QR codes inside SMS Reminder yet, you can use any free QR generator:

  1. Copy your booking link.

  2. Paste it into a free QR code generator and download the image.

  3. Print it, or add it to something you already print.

Test the printed code with your own phone before you order a large run of anything.

Add it to what you already send

Your booking link works anywhere a client already looks:

  • Invoices, quotes and receipts

  • Appointment confirmation and follow-up emails

  • Your voicemail greeting

  • Your out-of-office reply

Good to know

  • Your booking page is free, and stays free. SMS reminders are the paid part — see What's free and what's paid.

  • One link covers everything. If you offer several services, clients choose between your appointment types on the same link.

  • Bookings land in your calendar automatically, and reminders are set using the phone number the client gives when booking.

  • Share the same link everywhere. One link is easier to remember, easier to update, and easier to keep track of.

If nobody has booked yet

  • Check your availability. If no times show, your availability schedule may not be set, or your notice period may be blocking everything in range.

  • Check the link went out. Setting the page up doesn't send it anywhere. The most common reason a page has no bookings is that the link is still sitting in the dashboard.
