The fastest booking usually comes from someone who already knows you. You don't need a new audience — you need the people already in your phone to know they can book themselves in. Here's how, with messages you can copy.

Why this works first

Your existing clients already trust you and already want appointments. They just don't know booking themselves in is now an option. One text removes that gap, and you'll find out within a day or two whether your page is working.

How to do it

  1. Click Copy booking link.

  2. Text it to your clients from your own phone, using one of the messages below.

Start with ten or twenty regulars rather than your whole list. You'll see quickly whether the message lands, and you can adjust the wording before you send it more widely.

Message templates you can copy

Replace the name and the link, and change the words to sound like you.

To a regular client

Hi Sam — you can now book your appointments with me directly here: [your link]. Pick any time that suits you.

Just after an appointment

Great to see you today. When you're ready for the next one, you can book it yourself here: [your link]

To someone you haven't seen in a while

Hi Sam — it's been a while! I've got availability coming up if you'd like to book in: [your link]

When someone texts asking for a time

Here's my booking page — it shows everything I have free, so you can grab whatever works: [your link]

As an out-of-hours reply

Thanks for your message, I'll reply in the morning. If you'd like to book an appointment in the meantime, you can do it here: [your link]

Good to know

  • This is you texting your own clients from your own phone. SMS Reminder doesn't send booking links out to your client list for you.

  • Text people who already expect to hear from you — existing and recent clients. Rules on texting people who haven't asked to hear from you vary by country.

  • Appointment reminders are separate and automatic. Once someone books, reminders are set using the phone number they give at booking.

  • Your booking page is free, and stays free. SMS reminders are the paid part — see What's free and what's paid.
