SMS Reminder finds the client's mobile in your calendar event and sets the reminder up for you. You see which number it chose and why, and you can undo it any time before it sends.
Normally you open an appointment, check the client's mobile number, and activate the reminder. Automatic activation does that step for you. SMS Reminder reads the calendar event, identifies the client's mobile — setting aside toll-free and conference numbers — and queues the reminder using your template and your timing, without you touching the appointment.
It only does this when it is confident: one clear client mobile, and your approval for that number or for your account. Anything ambiguous comes back to you. That is the whole design — automate the obvious cases, ask about the rest.
Automatic activation is about the number, not the message. Your templates, timing and message types work exactly as you have set them up.
One appointment at a time. No setup needed — this is available by default. When SMS Reminder suggests the right mobile, choose Always auto-activate reminders for this number. That appointment and every future event with the same number activate on their own.
Or across your whole account. In Settings, turn on Automatically activate reminders when the number is clear. Every event with an unambiguous number activates without a per-number prompt. Ambiguous ones still come to you.
Either way you can stop: turn the account setting off, or use “Got it wrong” to make SMS Reminder forget a particular number.
Connect your Google Calendar and let SMS Reminder handle the obvious ones.
